• Kids Dynamic guarantees Swing Watch for a period of one year after the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this one-year guarantee period, Kids Dynamic will repair or replace the product at its expense.
• Kids Dynamic Inc. reserves the right to require proof of purchase for service under this Warranty. Kids Dynamic will only pay for repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided, for instance by means of a receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is within the guarantee period.
• The Warranty does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. The Warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or if altercations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorizes by Kids Dynamic. For the application to be used correctly, the user should strictly adhere to all instructions included in the User Guide and should abstain from any actions or uses that are described as undesired or which are warned against in the User Guide. 
• Kids Dynamic can support the replacement of quartz battery that powers the analog watch, with a charge, as needed

• 任何Swing Watch穿戴過的損耗或毀損，不在保固服務內。如因使用方式錯誤、維護方式錯誤、自行更換零件而造成的損壞，將不在保固範圍內。如欲正確使用手機應用程式，請務必參照使用說明書與注意事項。

• 如欲更換石英電池，可立科技可進行此服務並酌收適當費用。
